Timberman gameplay is straightforward: you take on the role of a bearded lumberjack wearing a red flannel shirt and use your axe to fell trees. Since you only have a short window of time for each blow, click right or left to dodge the branches and move as quickly as you can. However, what appears straightforward actually calls for very precise timing and quick reactions. Each piece of wood you cut up will get you one point. To gain a high score, try to cut the limitless trees for as long as you can. The further you go, though, the less time you have, so hurry!
Your accumulated wood may be exchanged for money or used to unlock additional characters in the store. There are 105 heroes in all, and each of them uses a distinct cutting instrument. Characters that are rare or epic may only be purchased with money. Use the game currency to purchase land in your community where your characters may wander and provide you more wood every hour. A new area will become accessible after you have control of every field.
